Her first monograph, \u003ci\u003eModernism and Cosmology\u003c\/i\u003e, was published with Palgrave in 2014. Her articles have appeared in journals such as \u003ci\u003eIrish Studies Review\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eJoyce Studies Annual\u003c\/i\u003e and \u003ci\u003eSociety and Animals\u003c\/i\u003e. She is currently working on a second book project on literary responses to capital punishment. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cb\u003eJames Fraser \u003c\/b\u003eis Lecturer in English Literature at the University of Exeter, UK, and has previously taught at the University of Cambridge and the University of East Anglia. His first monograph, \u003ci\u003eJoyce and Betrayal\u003c\/i\u003e, was published with Palgrave in 2016. He has published articles on Joyce's responses to portraiture and Irish discourses of heroism and is at the beginning of a book project on modernism and hospitality.
