He completed his PhD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he wrote a dissertation on Kant's concept of freedom. He also works on issues in applied and normative ethics, especially topics involving autonomy, manipulation, technology, and collective harm.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eClinton Castro\u003c\/b\u003e is an assistant professor in The Information School at University of Wisconsin-Madison. His primary areas of study are information ethics, fair machine learning, and epistemology.
