Mella Coleman grew up in Plainfield, NJ. Under the guidance of her grandmother, Mella Groomes. Also her loving Uncle-Charles and Laverne Andrews. She has three children, Desiree, Elijah, and Dasia and currently resides in the South. Some of her hobbies are writing, singing and baking. She has been given the gift of writing since grade school.
