As they each slide deeper into a corrupt underworld littered with death, drugs, booze, and betrayal, one thing becomes clear... Good doesn't always win, bad doesn't always pay, and, in true crime noir fashion, people always die!

Author Biography

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, James E. Roche now lives in New Jersey with his wife and three kids. He is the writer and co-creator of the sci-fi adventure series, WRETCHES, published by Scout Comics. He is the host of the 'Comic Book Writers on Writing' podcast on YouTube, where he and other writers talk about the process of writing comics, the business of bringing them to life, and everything in between.

Axur Eneas is a Mexican comic book artist and animator from Mexico City. As an artist, Axur has collaborated with Action Lab Entertainment, Oceano Travesia, Iron Circus Comics and Scout Comics. He is the author of two graphic novels published by Pixelatl and Tierra Adentro in Mexico and he was the creator and showrunner of the cartoon show TOONTORIAL for Cartoon Network Latinoamerica.
