Author Biography

Dorothy Tepera Palmer was born in central Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University and spent her professional life in Research and Translational Science. She is proud to be 100% Czech and a second-generation American. Dorothy was raised in the Texas "Czech-Belt" where she learned to polka and waltz and bake kolaches as did all the other Czech "farm girls".
