Author Biography

Jonathan Mawdsley is the Science Advisor at the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, the national organization representing state and federal wildlife and conservation agencies in Washington, D. C. He has previously served as a Program Director at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the H. John Heinz III Center for Science, Economics and the Environment, and the Society for Conservation Biology. He holds a B. A. in Biology from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Entomology from Cornell University.
