It is within the structure of the FAMILY that we begin to learn strategies and principles that govern good leadership. Respect, honor, care, advocacy, support, love, and character are developed from a young age and often carry over into adulthood and the marketplace. A good follower ultimately becomes a good leader. As we observe and listen during our upbringing, it translates into meaningful and effective practices that motivate, encourage, and inspire others.
