This collection of indexed records includes the baptism date and the parents name for children baptized in the parish of Madalena do Mar. Two registers are included in this book: 1772-1786 and 1786-1796. Many of the entries include the year the parents were married as well as their native parish. The page number is included for ease in locating the original record. This is a valuable research tool for anyone that has Portuguese ancestors.
