Author Biography

Victor J. Medina is a nationally recognized estate planning lawyer, and Certified Elder Law Attorney(TM) (CELA), focusing on foundational estate planning, asset protection, retirement distribution planning, and proactive income tax planning. Victor has been featured on national television, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, U.S. News & World Report - as well as dozens of other publications - for his expertise in estate and retirement planning. Victor is the founder of the Medina Law Group, and brings a family-centered approach to planning, with an emphasis on creating practical solutions for families facing struggles in retirement and later years. He is the past-president of the American Association of Trusts, Estates, and Elder Law Attorneys, and a frequent speaker to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning, and retirement planning. Victor is married to Jennifer Medina, a school psychologist, and together they are the parents of three sons. He lives and practices in Pennington, NJ.
