Author Biography
Richard Secklin graduated with a degree in Organizational Management from Lubbock Christian University and received the University's top award for his research. He is a retired law enforcement officer and a member of LEAP - Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. Richard was also diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2003.
