It was just noise in a rhythm but, you couldn't understand the words. Secondly, have you ever received a voicemail message and the person gave their name, date they were calling and said, 'my phone number is 555-12..' and you missed the last two numbers. In both of these instances, a message was delivered but, the receiver didn't receive the message that was delivered.
