Smeltzer is the Senior Director of Programs at the Mathematical Association of America. She was a Professor of Mathematics with the University of St. Thomas and Eastern Mennonite University, where she also served as a Department Chair, Cross-Cultural Director, and Vice President and Undergraduate Dean.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFelix Lazebnik is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Delaware.
