Skye is a twelve-year-old girl who lives with her mom, Daniella. Her daddy died a month before Skye was born, so she never got to know him outside of what her mother would tell her. Daniella, or Dani as everyone called her, was a hard-working single parent trying to find her place in the music business as a writer/singer. Everything was fairly normal for Skye and Dani until a publisher in L.A. told Dani she would do better if she moved to Nashville, Tennessee. Follow the adventure of this mother and daughter as they pack up the only life Skye knew in southern California and moved to a whole new world in Tennessee.
