As someone who has personally struggled with mental health issues, I understand the importance of finding healthy outlets for self-expression and healing. This is precisely why I decided to write. Writing this book was not only cathartic but also therapeutic. It provided me with a safe space to confront my inner demons, process traumatic events, and make sense of the chaos within my mind.
