Each message takes the reader on a journey deeper into one's spiritual path, leaving the soul nourished and encouraged to tackle daily sufferings and accomplishment with grace and gratitude.

The author, who is a wife and a mother, is relatable to most women and yet the audience for this book could be anyone: male, female, young, or old, as each message has a word that can convict any soul. The words given are sometimes unique to the author herself but often can be meaningful to all audiences in their personal experience.

The book is meant to share an intimate view of God's loving nature as our heavenly Father. It is also meant to give more insight to the reader on how one should live his or her life to always be walking in God's Will. The messages also showcase how the author struggles and overcomes different situations as she writes the messages received, thus showing her human side, and the understanding and compassion of God.
