School is not fun for the young boy in this story. His friends think he is funny; however, his teacher does not! She finds a note that he wrote and asks him to stay behind as the rest of the class heads to lunch. Yikes! What kind of trouble has he gotten himself into now?

This picture book is an excellent case study in the problems that might arise with children who struggle in class and become disruptive. It demonstrates to children that they are allowed to feel their feelings in school, but reminds them to work with their teachers in order to make learning in the classroom fun and successful!
