Fran Victor is a fine artist and illustrator. She is also the mother of a former rhythmic gymnast, which has allowed her the opportunity to visually chronicle the evolution of a young athlete in a beautiful sport, while very popular in Russia and Eastern European countries, is still emerging in the USA.
