We all - inevitably - filter life through our experiences. Some things are completely out of our control; we will all experience happiness, sorrow, hurt, disdain...

With 'Nightmares & Daydreams, I hope to spark necessary conversations, as I've written about the times I've felt the aforementioned emotions.

Some people may be able to relate, and some people may not. Ultimately whether you can sympathize, or just empathize, my hope is that we all become more aware of the fact that the person next to you may be going through something monstrous or fighting a real demon like depression-for reasons you couldn't imagine.

Maybe we can try to find a way to be light to people who may, quietly, be in dark places.
