This book was originally written in 1997 but was unpublished and local to Nashville TN. Over the years many have continually asked me about its circulation-so I am now reintroducing it to the masses. I hope the information in this book will give clear guidelines for easy body maintenance. The language is so simple and defined that I've entitled it "Nutrition In A Nutshell- Healing with Herbs."
