Author Biography

My forty-two years in professional baseball included ten major-league seasons, participation on three World Series teams won by the Oakland A's in 1972, 1973, and 1974, and twenty-six years managing and coaching in the minor leagues, amassing over 1000 victories and guiding many players to their own major-league careers.
