What a great need today of Biblical teaching concerning the Holy Spirit. In the Old Testament Joel prophesied of the coming of the Holy Spirit. "It shall come to pass afterwards that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh" (Joel 2:28). Before His death Jesus foretold the coming of the Holy Spirit, "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, He shall testify of me" (Jn. 15:26).
