Author Biography

Jake Eagle, a licensed professional counsellor, is also a psychotherapist, mindfulness instructor, and an instructor member of the International Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. As co-founder of Live Conscious with his wife Hannah, Jake has a small number of clients for whom he teaches private sessions. Dr. Michael Amster is a medical doctor and pain management specialist with over twenty years of experience in the field. He leads the pain management department at Northbay Healthcare, where he served as medical director for nearly eight years before dividing his time between his work as a clinician and teaching mindfulness and wellness to healthcare professionals dealing with burnout.
