Subsequent chapters describe the armed national efforts to depose Amin and Obote from power. In 2007, he graduated with a master's degree in defence studies at Kings College, London. Col. Kisembo has 35 years of military experience, and was recently appointed Military Assistant (MA) to the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF)-UPDF.
