Author Biography

Billie Kaye grew up in the small south Texas town of Benavides. She had 4 siblings and a stay-at-home mom. Her dad was an oil field worker. She never realized she was raised poor because of all the Christian love that was in their home.

At the age of 18 she joined the USMC in order to qualify for the Peace Corps. But, God had other plans. Billie Kaye Rexroad and Paul Tsika met while both serving in the Marine Corps and married April 28, 1966 in Beaufort SC.

Billie came to Christ following Paul's conversion in the early 70's. They have 3 children who have been married 31, 30, and 28 years, along with 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.

Paul and Billie Kaye have been involved together in ministry since 1971 and have authored several books together (Get Married, Stay Married; Parenting with Purpose).

She has recorded 7 Christian albums along with her recent Christmas Classic released in 2018.

She is truly a woman that perfectly fits Proverbs 31:28: "Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also praises her."
