She had 4 siblings and a stay-at-home mom. Her dad was an oil field worker. She never realized she was raised poor because of all the Christian love that was in their home. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e At the age of 18 she joined the USMC in order to qualify for the Peace Corps. But, God had other plans. Billie Kaye Rexroad and Paul Tsika met while both serving in the Marine Corps and married April 28, 1966 in Beaufort SC. \u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e Billie came to Christ following Paul's conversion in the early 70's.
