Princess Pepper is not an average princess, and she does not want to wear a dress to the ball. How could she perform all of her princess duties including: climbing trees, playing sports, and fighting pirates while tied down in a dress? She is a princess, and she prefers pants Now the only problem is convincing her mother, the queen, that not all princesses need to wear dresses.
