The second edition of her book Environmental Health and Housing was co-authored with Zena Lynch and published in 2018.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRussell Moffatt is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner specialising in private housing regulation and has worked on the frontline in London for 20 years.
