Dyeworks Tannery once stood as a proud monument to a thriving local industry. Now, it's just another dilapidated building in small-town Baneford's industrial district. When a developer comes to town wanting to renovate the property, Evelyn, a young real estate agent, champions the mega project. It could really change things for the town-all while making her dreams of seeing Baneford thrive once more come true.

However, appearances are not all they seem. As the development plans move forward, an ancient evil is awoken. People in town begin losing their minds; displaying atrocious behavior. Evelyn realizes it all connects to the powerful evil lying under the ground of Dyeworks.

She refuses to allow her town to be taken by wicked forces above or below the ground. Only evil isn't all she's fighting this time. Adrian has returned, but he's not the man she remembers, and his help comes with a heavy cost. In order to save the town and her heart, Evelyn finds herself thrust into a dangerous game that only has one deadly ending.
