This book will consider the West African Akan concept of Sankofa. In addition to a providing a literature review of the concept of Sankofa, quotes from Kemetaphysicians (Practitioners/Griots of Sankofa), will also be provided. I believe that you can't heal "Bebe's kids" with the "Brandy Bunch" solutions. African people require African healing and restoration. We can do this by "KEMETAMORPHING BLACK TO THE FUTURE" and reclaim our African-Centered healing cultural and wellness practices.
