"When in the course of human events" do we have grievances today as we did in 1776? Are these grievances with the central government? Do we have more or less grievances? This is the purpose of this writing. To ask these simple questions and provide an answer. Written in the spirit of Thomas Paine this work is short and direct much like the political pamphlets of Paine himself.
