Judy Whalen is the founder of the Shoplifting IS Stealing! (TM) program and is passionate about making a difference in the world we live in. She originally created the Shoplifting IS Stealing!(TM) prevention program to help parents, teachers and community members across the U.S. work together to raise awareness about shoplifting and provide them with effective strategies to prevent kids from becoming shoplifters. For over 15 years this program has been successfully used by numerous communities and tens of thousands of adults who want to help kids make the wise decisions. Judy is also the CEO and founder of It Starts With Us, Inc.(TM) which is a family of programs and services to help individuals, families and organizations communicate effectively and design their lives and business around their core values. In addition to Shoplifting IS Stealing! (TM) these entities include: Center for Strategic Change, LLC (TM) and Strengthen the Harmony between Your Life Family & Work (TM). As a highly sought after management consultant, she has guided numerous boards of directors of organizations through a variety of strategic thinking activities; coached CEO's, leadership teams and individuals; conducted board and staff retreats, and presented on various topics at state, regional and national conferences and created the programs mentioned above.
