Author Biography

Effie Darlene Barba, a Christian writer, poet, blogger displays a faith that is fearless, a joy that overshadows the sorrows she has lived through. Widowed at a young age, she raised her then teenage sons while conquering breast cancer and completing a Master's in nursing at Vanderbilt University. She loves her work as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology; but, would quickly tell you that the true healing of the heart comes by learning the truth of love.
