Author Biography

J.L. Neal is a native of Bowling Green, Ohio. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (bachelor's degree) and The Ohio State University (master's and doctor of philosophy degrees). Dr. Neal is a follower of Christ, the blessed husband of Megan Joy Neal, a proud father of six amazing children, and an author and research scientist.
