Linette was inspired to write this book after working in a hospital setting and seeing how many children were dependent on drugs. Her heart ached as she watched these children in a helpless situation of addition. She asked herself what she could do to prevent this from happening. At that time, it was placed on her heart and mind to write this book to educate children on the hidden dangers of alcohol and drug use and abuse.
