Lynda Transier is a University of Texas graduate, former special education teacher, and blogger. She has chaired events for over fifteen non-profits in Houston and is a current or former board member of eleven nonprofits, including the Houston Ballet Foundation, the Houston Arts Alliance, and VICTORY/American Cancer Society.
