A visit to the Houses of Parliament\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003eLord Whiskers is an honourable member of the House of Mice, which has its premises under the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. The Small Animal Rescue Service\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003eThe Reverend Albert Pew asks Tommy to take charge of a new venture called the Small Animal Rescue Service, which is designed to transport sick animals quickly to the Small Animal Hospital.
