This is the second edition of Tapped-In Magazine from the Returning Citizens Association. The theme for this issue is education and the arts as an avenue for change and growth, especially for incarcerated and system-impacted people. This magazine was created in partnership with Curated By The Collective; a not-for-profit co-op creative agency, and features artwork from incarcerated individuals provided by the nonprofit organization, Escaping Time.
