After moving to Los Angeles, Izzy Crazy believes he is the target of a secret war. Hearing voices that he believes is a form of telepathic technology, suspicious of public harassment known as gang stalking and in and out of mental hospitals, he is discredited and called delusional for his spiritual and political beliefs.
