Paniagua PhD is Honorary Professor, Department of Psychology, Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, República Dominicana; a retired tenured Professor, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences; and currently Adjunct Professor, University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) at Galveston, USA.
