On their way home from school, Emma, Jackson, and Oliver learn that all the rubber duckies in the city have gone missing. Bubble Boy then arrives at their home and asks them to help him rescue the ducks from the villain who has stolen them. Hopefully, they will save the duckies and return them to all of the children in time for bathtime.
