Author Biography

Kristie Carpenter currently lives in Kailua, HI with her husband Major Mark Carpenter (USAF) and her two sons. Carpenter has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University New Orleans and Master's of Education from Wayland Baptist University. She worked in the media, both publishing and television news, for more than a decade. She has also taught college level courses in communications and business.
