Ed Okonowicz is a freelance writer and former instructor at the University of Delaware. He is the author of over two dozen books on Delmarva and Maryland folklore, crime, and the unexplained, including Haunted Maryland and True Crime: Maryland. He lives in Elkton, Maryland.
