An innovative and customizable 8-week plan to help you take control of your eating habits--once and for all.

Do you feel like your eating gets out of control? When it comes to food, does it feel like your life is controlled by cycles of deprivation and bingeing? Whether or not you've been formally diagnosed with a binge-eating disorder, you know that something needs to change. But like many disorders, what helps one person may not help another. That's why The Binge Eating Prevention Workbook offers a wide range of evidence-based tools to help you take charge of your eating habits.

Using the eight-week protocol in this workbook, you'll learn how to recognize your triggers, cope with difficult emotions, improve relationships, and make healthy food choices that will ultimately improve how you feel. You'll learn to understand the underlying causes of your binge eating, how to recognize binge-inducing environmental factors, why dieting just doesn't work, and mindfulness techniques to help you stay present when the urge to binge takes hold.

If you're ready to break the shame-filled cycle of binge eating, this workbook has everything you need to get started today.
