Author Biography

Neil Waring, born in O'Neill, Nebraska and raised in Fairbury, Nebraska was educated at Peru State College, Wayne State College and the University of Wyoming. He spent 42 years in education, teaching, American History, Wyoming History, and Geography along with a variety of other social science and English classes. Although the majority of his teaching career was spent teaching at the high school level he also taught Wyoming History, as an adjunct professor, for area community colleges for nearly twenty years. In addition to this book Mr. Waring has published multiple short stories and historical pieces both online and in print.
