The Global Unity Convention of 2023 declared the restoration of the normal and natural relations between the sexes worldwide. All females thenceforth were subject to the authority of a responsible male. The Department of Carnal Relations was established to enforce the rules and regulations promulgated to enforce the principles of male authority and dominion mandated by the New Society Program. A nationwide system of compelled sexual service was established to ensure sexually active males sufficient sexual service opportunities necessary for optimal male sexual health. By 2045, fully 65% of females agreed with the statement that "It is better for the majority of women that some women be compelled to fulfill men's sexual needs." Clearly, not all women agreed, especially those drafted into the Sexual Service Corp.
