Marye Audet (Lancaster, TX) has been involved in food and cooking for more than twenty years. She has created desserts and breads for local restaurants, and made specialty cakes (including wedding cakes) from her home. In 2004, she opened a small tea room and cafe developing the menu, recipes, and specialty items. The mother of eight children, she has homeschooled continuously since 1989.
