About the Author:

In the Army, John J. Gadado was a tank commander working with 14 other tanks. After the Army, he became the Marketing Manager for a Pennsylvania/Washington company and traveled worldwide. Returning to his hometown of Champaign, IL he raced cars, flew airplanes, took long distance bicycle rides (RAGBRAI), sold real estate, and started and sold 4 businesses. He learned that success was easier when people worked together...teamwork.
