Author Biography

Georges M. Halpern, MD, PhD, attended medical school at the University of Paris, France. He subsequently received a PhD from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Paris XI Chatenay Malabry. Dr. Halpern is board certified in internal medicine and allergy.
