The Adventures of Aleia and Her Dad: The Littlest Things is an illustrated children's book about nature, adventure, and appreciation for all living things. Aleia explores the forest floor in search of incredible insects with her dad, and gets lost in her imagination while looking into the eyes of a praying mantis. This leads to an incredible imaginary flight on the back of a bumble bee, with her dad, and a tree frog they rescue along the way. In the latter part of the story, Aleia learns about pollination and the importance of bees in helping us grow our own food. This is a bug book adventure that school age children adore.
