As a result of unexpected and tragic losses, Betty found herself in a downward spiral of anxiety and depression which then quickly turned into PTSD along with a combination of anorexia nervosa and obsessive-compulsive behaviors. Betty has turned her journey of recovery into a wonderful book using beautiful metaphors found within nature.
